Our resort enjoys a notorious reputation and is located in close proximity to North Hatley, Lake Massawippi, and gourmet trails. The village is located on the shores of Lake Massawippi, which offers beautiful views and outdoor recreational opportunities such as fishing, boating, and swimming. Station Chene rouge offers experiences in nature, in the mountains, and in the forest. As such, we assume no responsibility for early departure, cancellation or modification of reservations due to environmental conditions or any other reasons beyond our control (temperature, weather and/or road conditions, snow, cold, ice or frost, natural disasters, high temperatures, wild animals, forest fires, floods, etc.)
Given that we invite you to live one or more experiences in nature and that this one is uncontrollable, we recommend that you consult the weather forecast so that you bring the required and adequate equipment allowing you to fully enjoy your stay.
We are committed to doing everything possible to make your glamping (glamorous camping) experience enjoyable and we expect your full cooperation for the benefit of all.
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, a 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Check out from 07:00 to 11:00 .
