Located in one of Santa Barbara’s nature-filled neighborhoods is this expansive Spanish-style estate. Mission Canyon is tucked into the foothills surrounded by large oak trees and the bountiful hillside. You’ll be close to hiking trails, the Botanic Gardens, Old Mission, and Natural History Museum. A short drive, or long walk, will take you into downtown Santa Barbara but stop at the Mission Rose Garden for a picnic to literally smell the roses.
This large four-bedroom home was designed by architect Alex Pujo and was built to overlook the nearby 600-acre working ranch. You’ll be wowed by the mountain and canyon views while feeling lavished in the 4,000 square feet space featuring an open Living Room, wrap-around balcony, folding glass doors, library, and several seating areas for entertaining. The massive Primary Suite is full of accommodations including a private patio to sip coffee and watch the sunrise over the hills. A vineyard terrace flows down the hillside with paths to meander through and several patio areas to relax in.
Please note: The patio fire-pit is unavailable during the Summer due to high fire risk.
