On the first floor is a huge open living room with a fireplace, dining and kitchen, vaulted ceilings, a Master bedroom ensuite, 2 other queen bedrooms, den with a shared bath.

The house is located very close to 2 very quaint Southern towns. Both are approximately 15 minutes from the house and have lots of interesting gift shops and nice restaurants with Southern cooking. In Toccoa, there is a wonderful museum called the Currahee Museum which has lots of information on the war efforts that Toccoa was involved in.
