We are 3 min walk to the lake ! We are a short walk to the waterslides, amusement park, outdoor cinema night, restaurants, summer market and the golf course. There are walking trails right outside your door. And there are many other half and full days hikes close by. You can rent motorized watercraft, paddle boards, kayaks and paddle boats. We have two ice cream places a short walk from the house. I'm not sure that a selling feature for families with young kids :-)
