The home is located on the ground floor of a detached home. The entire unit with the exception of the shared laundry room is yours to enjoy privately. The unit comes with its own private entrance at the back of the house.
While the laundry room can be accessed by both the suite and by the upstairs owners, it is enclosed on both sides by locking doors to ensure your privacy.
Please note that the owners live upstairs and while we respect the privacy and comfort of our guests, parties are forbidden.
