The Space:
You’ll arrive via a private driveway set above the home, with approximately ten steps leading down to the front entry. The setting feels quiet and wooded, offering privacy while remaining directly across from Holiday Valley.
The main level is designed for gathering and entertaining. The stainless steel kitchen was originally designed by a former professional chef and is exceptionally well suited for cooking meals for large groups. It includes a full-size traditional refrigerator and a standard residential dishwasher, making extended stays and shared meals easy and practical. A round kitchen table seats four for casual dining, while a traditional dining table nearby seats six. With additional chairs available, the dining setup can comfortably accommodate up to twelve.
Just beyond the kitchen, the sunken main living room offers a comfortable place to relax after a day outdoors. The space includes ample seating and a 75-inch Roku TV for downtime or movie nights.
