Set in the quiet hamlet of Argentière in Chamonix’s peaceful La Rosière area, Chalet Allières offers a tranquil mountain escape surrounded by nature. Facing south-southwest, the chalet enjoys sunshine throughout the day and beautiful views of the Mont Blanc massif, including Aiguille du Midi, Mont Blanc, and the Dôme du Goûter. Guests can admire these views from the balcony, terrace, and the large private garden of around 1,000 m². The chalet is ideally located just a 7-minute walk from the Grands Montets cable car, with shops only 4 minutes away by car (or around 25 minutes on foot through the forest along the Arve River). Built in 1990 and renovated in 2022, the chalet combines classic mountain charm with subtle 1960s architectural influences.
