Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Postition and location, size of property, loads of space for parking, both bathrooms were nice, big drying room, outside tap and main entrance size, big enough for 5 adult mountain bikes and gear.

Negative: Property could do with a cosmetic refresh inside and out would be stunning. Seating isn't big enough or particularly comfortable for adults, kitchen is dated. Having to make and un make your own beds isnt really acceptable, never had to do that at any chalet/villa, lack of basic welcome pack also isnt acceptable. Keybox should be at the Chalet and not at the agents in the centre of Morzine.

Summary: Good place as mentioned but could be excellent with some fairly minor improvements
