You'll also find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and all the essentials to care for your clothes (detergents, drying racks, ironing board, and iron).
On the first floor, you’ll find the living room with a fireplace and an adjoining dining area, opening onto a south-facing 250m² terrace.
