Summary: Negative:Owner needs to do walk- through at least once a month! Very low on Toilet paper, not enough for 2 for 2 days. Extreme pilling on old sheets. Plugged toilet with feces left in unflushed. Wood stripping on floor not nailed down, potential tripping hazard.Positive: Extremely hands-on derailed communication with owner on everything!Great coffee bar. Lovely mini- home decor- comforts.
