It is in our warm apartment that you can relax with family or friends. It will be functional thanks to all its equipment (hotplates, combined microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, fridge / freezer, toaster ..) In the small bedroom you will find a cozy space with double bed to rest. You will also have a sofa bed reversible (with a real mattress) and a trundle bed 2 x a place to accommodate young and old. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy its large south-west corner balcony with its breathtaking view of the chain of Fiz, or its swimming pool with breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc (Aiguille du Midi, Mont Blanc, Bionnassay needle, dome of the Miages ...). Whether you are sporty, adventurous, or just looking for rest in Saint Gervais les Bains there is something for everyone. Between hiking, swimming, tennis, skiing, water activities at Lake Passy, horseback riding, paragliding, spa treatments, mountaineering ... The chalet is located 5 minutes from the ski slopes (ski lift Bettex), you will enjoy the ski area of St Gervais, Megeve, Combloux, St Nicolas de Veroce, Les Contamines with its 445 km of slopes and 107 lifts . In winter: For "piou-piou" or beginners ski instructors of the ESF Saint Gervais will be happy to provide classes while for toddlers a daycare is possible from 3 years on the front BETTEX snow. In summer: In the residence you can enjoy the heated swimming pool and the tennis court with an incredible view of Mont Blanc, as well as its many hiking trails from the chalet. In Saint Gervais, the lake of Passy, the ice rink, the indoor swimming pool or the thermal center will delight young and old. Located 25 km from Chamonix, access to the sea of ice, the Aiguille du Midi or even Mont Blanc is no longer a dream and is accessible in 30min. Finally Annecy, Beaufortain, Switzerland, and Italy are accessible in less than an hour.
