Our flexible cancellation policy offers refunds up to 30 days prior to check-in. You can receive a full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled start date. If you cancel between 14 and 30 days prior, a 50% refund is available. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event. Additionally, CanadaStays booking fees are. If we re-rent the property and incur no additional expenses, you will receive a full refund of the deposit. If we do not re-rent the property, no refund shall be remitted.
