Former stable, beautifully renovated into a comfortable home, in a quiet location close to the town center. Located in the heart of the town of Donges (500 m from shops and restaurants), 15 km from the beaches of St Nazaire / St Brévin, 15 km from Parc de Brière, and 30 km from Guérande / La Baule,
La Bâtisse is a former stable renovated in the traditional style with its exposed stonework (adjoining a rental property).
Two terraces (south/west and north/east facing) with a 120 m² private enclosed garden. Private parking is available on the property.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, separate lounge and separate toilet, and laundry room.
Upstairs: 3 attic bedrooms (1 and 2: 1 90x190 cm bed, 3: 2 80x200 cm twin beds), bathroom (bathtub + shower) and separate toilet.
Amenities included (upon request): cot/high chair/baby bath.
Included: sheets, household linens.
Not included: electric heating, electricity (according to the current EDF rate; currently €0.20/kw), towels.
End-of-stay cleaning fee (mandatory for business customers).
