3 Bedroom House in Upper Lonsdale, North Vancouver
Family friendly home, close to major walkable amenities. We have decks with great city and private greenbelt views. Minutes walk from major bus routes.
Kid friendly place, laptop friendly monitor workspace, and fibre optic workspace. Safe, friendly neighbourhood.
One bedroom has a double bed. It is quite small yet functional. The other bedroom is also small and has a queen bed without a closet and has a wardrobe. Queen hide-a-bed.
The master bedroom is larger and bright with beautiful views
There are two separate self contained suites in our house. Our family resides on the ground level and there is no overlap as the foyer is for guest use and we have our own separate entrance. This is our primary residence so it in compliance with the May 2024 changed guidelines for British Columbia AirBNBs for those of you that have inquired, or are wondering.
The fully fenced yard area is shared and so is the exercise room which is in the backyard shed.
Please note that if you have a pet, we appreciate you knowing the temperament of the pet if it is staying with you, including the breed. We also need to know this because if you stay and the next guest is allergic to pets, we need more prep time for a proper cleaning of the suite so everyone's stay can be comfortable and clean. Also, we have a small friendly dog that you might not want to cross paths with our pet.
We prefer to chat through the app, but are open to communicating in person if preferred during your stay. Please text us first if you need anything or run into any issues and we will address them asap.
Block watch neighbourhood street where neighbours keep an eye out for unusual activity. Many children in the area. One block to buses that go towards downtown Vancouver and Lynn Valley Centre. Lots of greenbelt spaces, older character homes mixed with more modern, upscale homes. Desirable, safe area that's centrally located to get to the highway #1 within a few minutes by car. Walkable to Lonsdale Avenue, Starbucks, Organic Grocery store, hidden local secret donut shop, gas station, Tim Hortons, 7-11, and delicious pizza place.
