5 bedrooms (incl. 1 bunk room); extra beds; 4 FULL bathrooms; game room w/ bumper pool, card table, darts, ping-pong, & kid toys/books; theater room; kitchen with EVERYTHING you could need; grill; and the list goes on!
30 min or less from everything! SeaWorld, Six Flags, Schlitterbahn, TPC San Antonio, Riverwalk, Comal River, Canyon Lake, Gruene, San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo, etc...
Comfortably seats 21 for meals. 7 at dining table & 6 at bars/counters. 6-foot folding table & 8 folding chairs.
In addition to standard sleeping arrangements for 14, our home has:
- 1 Queen Leesa mattress (2)
- 2 CordaRoy beanbag chairs (as seen on Shark Tank!) that convert to comfortable Queen Mattresses (4)
- Up to 6 Twin Mattresses (also with incredible reviews) available on request (6)
- 1 Pack n' Play travel crib

The community pool is open from early March until the end of September.
There are extra toiletries (in case anyone forgets theirs), basic cleaning supplies, and spare sheets in the closet outside the master bedroom. Please use sheets with every bed (including the non-standard ones).
Parking is restricted to 3 garage spots and 3 driveway spots. If absolutely necessary, 1 vehicle may be parked on the street.
We have three exterior cameras, one above the front door, one above the garage, and one above the back gate. They are for the security of our home and our guests, and do not have a view to the inside of the home.
No smoking in the home or on the front or back porch. No EV charging. No crypto mining. No parties.
