The beautiful Sooke Seaviews is a 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom unit with 1 king bed in the master room, an upgraded mattress on the queen sofa bed in the living room, and a huge soaker tub in the master bathroom. The building was completed in 2021 and has deluxe finishing throughout with a fully equipped kitchen. Sooke Seaviews is just minutes away from many hikes and the boutique town of Sooke.
Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Note that this parking spot is for a small-size car only.
Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $375 that will be added at the time of booking. After every 30 days, there is a 3-hour mid-stay cleaning that will be added to each monthly invoice for $150.00. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $175 administrative fee up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
