Access to the house is via a private 30m long path between two properties, which isolates it from the street and puts it in a peaceful environment. Parking for three cars is possible at the end of this path which continues for another 30m on the pine needles before arriving at the entrance.
The 4000m2 garden is spread over an open, planar space in front of the house, while behind the terrace overlooks the wooded dune. An outdoor tap allows you to rinse off when coming back from the beach.
