It has a very beautiful view on the sea, the gulf of Algajola and its village, on the mountain side it has the view on the old villages of Aregno and San Antonino.
It has a surface of 160 m ², a terrace of 110 m ² with swimming pool of 9 x 4,5 m and is situated on a ground of 3000 m ² raised and fenced.
