Positive: The apartment is leagues above what we were expecting! It is brand new and incredibly well done, spotlessly clean, very comfortable. We were really impressed. The Host was flexible and kind and communicative. The location suited our needs exactly. There was onsite parking, an elevator, a great bathroom and kitchen, views, and a cute garden. IMPORTANT: The photos are not of this apartment but a booking.com glitch! I am trying to delete them. They are from a previous survey of another apartment, which is strange.

Negative: There is only one small criticism, which is that the ad does not mention the rather narrow and steep driveway/street. I don't believe all cars would fit or clear it. Once you arrive at the gate, however, the parking is ample, and the apartment is truly spectacular in every way - surpassing! Also if needed there is a free public parking lot at the bottom of the hill and the walk is short.

Summary: I will be renting this apartment again. Truly excellent.
