35m2 chalet for 4 people with 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 x 200 bed and one with 2 single beds 90 x 190, a bathroom with large shower and washing machine, living room with corner sofa, large 55" television, air conditioning, kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, mini oven, microwave, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker, dishwasher, induction hob...
The chalet has a lovely terrace with exceptional sea views, a dining table and 2 deckchairs.
And thanks to the electric barbecue, you can cook delicious grilled meat, fish or vegetables!
The chalet is located on Mont Saint Loup, in Agde, in the pine forest, in a peaceful setting, 5 minutes' drive from the beaches and port of Cap d'Agde.
There is a heated swimming pool in the residential park and you can also go for lovely walks or bike rides in the adjoining forest.
There is a large secure car park at the entrance where vehicles must remain parked (it is possible to come and unload luggage and shopping in front of the chalet).
Sheets and towels are not provided but can be hired on request in advance: €15 per person for the stay.
You will need to clean the chalet at the end of your stay, or you can opt for a cleaning package costing 80€.
A deposit cheque for 400€ (or cash for those who do not have a cheque book) will be requested on arrival and will be returned at the end of your stay if the chalet is in good condition and clean.
