Lovely spacious cottage surronded by tall white and red pines. Short 2 minute walk down a wooded path to an amazing sandy beach. One of the best in the area and semi-private. Perfect for families with young children as is shallow for kids to frolic in.
Cottage is cozy but very spacious. Lots of room to bring extended family or gather with a group of friends. Lower level at ground level walks out to patio and has separate living area and kitchen or can be used to hang out.
Great location 20 min walk or 5 min drive to Balm Beach ..rent a kayak or paddle board..stop at the diner or arcade. Visit local sites like Wye Marsh and Conservation, downtown Midland, Awenda Provincial Park.
Winter activities include snowshoeing or cross country sking at local sites mentioned above or on the beach or drive 30 to 40 minutes to Ontarios best skill hills -Mt.Louis, Horseshoe or Blue Mountain.
