Spectacular panoramic view overlooks seven kilometres of Heney Lake. 120 ft. long by 12 ft. wide south-facing deck runs the length of the 4300 sq. ft. six bedroom cottage. The two storey all season cottage is situated on four acres of Quebec virgin forest atop a hill on a peninsula over five hundred feet from it's nearest neighbour: stairs and wooded path to 16' dock and waterfront deck: perfect location for swimming, climbing, mountain biking, or just watching the lake and wildlife from the deck. This is a perfect cottage for a large family, corporate group or a weekend workshop. Twenty minute drive to Mont Ste Marie and golf.
Exceptionally good fishing for largemouth and smallmouth bass; large lake trout are harder to catch; large pike.
