Upper porch to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning or wine in the evening, also covered porched to sit under in those hot or rainy days where its nice to be outside, large dining area, fully equipped kitchen, sandy beach area for kids. Deep water off the dock. Great for fishing, swimming, boating, tubing. Boat launch on property, access to McLean lake, Gloucester Pool and the Trent Severn from our lake.
Fire pit, gazebo. Hiking, snowmobile trails down the road. Wifii, lots of board games for those rainy days. Multiple ski resorts with in 30 kms. 8 golf courses with in 15-30 kms.
