My apartment is located in the heart of downtown Toronto (Church-Yonge corridor) and is within a 15 minute walk from everything you might need day-to-day (grocery stores, mall, public transport). I am on the 12th floor of a luxury condo building. There is a balcony with high top seating and a table. The bedroom has its own door for privacy, which is rare to find in downtown apartments these days.
Notable attractions/spots within a 20 minute walk are the Eaton Centre, St Lawrence Market, the Gooderham building, Yonge-Dundas Square, Toronto Metropolitan University, and Nathan Philips Square.
The nearest subway station is Queen station on Line 2. Uber and Lyft are popular taxi services, you won’t ever have to wait more than 5 minutes for an available one!
