Il y a deux très petits lacs sur la propriété avec une chute d'eau merveilleusement bruyante entre les deux, dont l'un est bon pour la baignade mais froid. Seule une autre maison a accès à ce lac. Il y a également une plage publique au Lac Carré à 8 minutes en voiture. Excellent pour les cyclistes (il y a souvent plus de vélos que de voitures sur le 8e rang), à 10 minutes à vélo de la piste cyclable Le P'tit Train du Nord (200 km) et à 15 minutes à vélo du réseau de sentiers du Domaine Saint-Bernard. 2 minutes à pied de la ligne hydroélectrique qui est un endroit idéal pour faire de la randonnée. 15 minutes en voiture de la rive sud de Mt-Tremblant et de toutes ses activités de loisirs. 6 min en voiture de Saint-Jovite et de la 117. Entrée privée, stationnement gratuit pour plusieurs voitures.
Recently renovated downstairs in a duplex with fireplace. Two bedrooms (queen in one room and double bed in the other) with a couch in the living room that converts to a double bed. There are two very small lakes on the property with a wonderfully loud waterfall between them, one which is good for swimming but cold. Only one other house has access to that lake. There is also a public beach at Lac Carré an 8 min drive. Great biking (there are often more bikes on 8e rang than cars), 10 min bike to the 200 km Le P'tit Train du Nord bike path and a 15 min bike ride to La Domaine Saint-Bernard path network. 2 min walk to the hydro line which is a great easy place to hike. 15 min drive to Mt-Tremblant southside and all its great leisure activities. 6 min drive to Saint-Jovite and the 117.
