The Space
I recently renovated my home from top to bottom. It located in quiet neighborhood which is conveniently connected to all major cities.
My home is fully furnished with a dishwasher, electric fireplace, and a laundry room.
It can sleep 5 people; two Queen beds and 1 twin bed.

- 15 min drive to Downtown Vancouver
- 7 min drive to the nearest Trans Canada Hwy

Their is a basement suite that will be off limit as it is rented out to long term tenants. They will not disturb you. They will have their own seperate entrance.
There is enough rooms to park 2 mid size vehicles in front of the house. If you need more parking, I can make arrangements.
Interaction with Guests
I live 2 min away from the house and I will be at your disposal. When checking in, I will meet you to drop off the keys to the house. There can be times where I won't be able to drop the keys. However, I will make arrangements with my family members to drop off the key to the place.
The Neighbourhood
This neighborhood is quiet and peacefully. I have lived in this neighborhood for many years and there hasn't been any problems with any of the neighbors. The location of the neighborhood is away from any busy street .
Getting around
There is a Transit system which is really close to the house. This system can get you to the popular places in greater Vancouver. You are able to travel from Vancouver to Surrey with no problems. Transit also go through the heart of downtown Vancouver. You will be able to explore all of downtown. Please do not hesitate to ask me how Transit works.
