Thank you for checking out your future stay away from the hustle and bustle in this 850 square foot, 4 season, newly renovated cottage. Renovations will be complete Jan 2022 and books are accepted as of Jan 1/2022. Interior pictures will be posted once renovations are complete.
The Cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, open concept kitchen living room. It has a brand new ikea kitchen with stainless appliances including a dishwasher. It has forced air electric heat and central air conditioning, front deck, firepit, BBQ, and lots of green space/parking on its double lot. Its only 250 from the main beach in Matlock on a quiet drive. Year round availability, ice fishers welcomed.
