Conveniently located on Longs Lake, enjoy your getaway with resort-style beach area and this newly renovated open and spacious cottage that boasts three bedrooms + a bunkie, one bath and an outdoor shower. It’s a great place for your family and friends to escape!
This cottage has a beautiful view of the lake. The deck consists of an eating table and chairs, multiple seating areas and an outdoor shower. The BBQ is also conveniently located on the deck and is ready for your use.
An enclosed Muskoka room is the perfect spot to keep the mosquitoes away which makes for a much nicer outdoor experience. Roast marshmallows and converse around the outdoor fire pit.
This cottage is full of amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, in-home laundry facility, TV with DVD’s and open living space.
The Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a dresser to keep your belongings and easy access to 3pcs bath.
The Second bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser to keep your belongings and easy access to 3pcs bath.
The Third bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser to keep your belongings and easy access to 3pcs bath.
The Bunkie has a queen-size bed, a dresser to keep your belongings and TV with DVD player.
The Kitchen has many gadgets and appliances making food preparation convenient and fun! Extras include a Blender, Hand Mixer and Espresso Machine as well as Coffee Maker, Kettle and Toaster.
All cupboards are stocked with dinnerware and drinkware for both indoors and outdoors and plenty of bakeware and kitchen tools are readily available.
In addition, linens such as bed sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, beach towels, etc. are available. The bathroom is equipped with a blow dryer and also available in the laundry room is an iron, ironing board and ice maker as well as an additional refrigerator and freezer. This property is on septic, all toilet paper used must be septic friendly, extra toilet paper is also located in the laundry room.
Beautiful downtown Huntsville or Bracebridge are a 10 minute drive away. Explore Limberlost Forest, Arrowhead Park or Algonquin Park. Walk or bike on the cottage road and discover all that nature has to offer around the cottage.
This property is also within a 30 minute drive from Port Carling’s restaurants and boutique shopping and Rosseau’s Farm Market (Friday's).
Enjoy the private beach, take a paddle in the canoe, kayaks or on the Stand-up Paddle Board or simply go for a dip in the lake. There is something for everyone!
This property is located 2 hours north of Toronto off of Highway 141.
Please note that our cottage is on a quiet lake. To respect our neighbors, we kindly ask you to refrain from loud outside noise and music after 11:00 PM. QUIET TIME is from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please take this into consideration as you plan your trip. We want to continue to be good neighbors and be able to open our cottage for your enjoyment.
