Summary: We arrived early and had to waste 3 hours to check in. I understand that we were early, but I felt that they could have tried to get us in a little earlier. The bedspreads were stained and had a burn hole in it. The screen door was off the tracks and had rips in it. The tub drained very slowly. There was a bottle cap in the corner by the door. There was no way that they vacuumed very well. The lounge chairs by the pool had screws that were loose. The staff at the front desk were not very personable. Overall, I would not stay here again or suggest it to anyone.
