Our comfortable 3 bedroom home is located right in the middle of Squamish close to amenities, a short walk to the river and a quick pedal to many of the local bike trails.
If you are anything like us you've already spent hours looking for the perfect accommodation for your trip! Our home is clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We are well equipped as a more affordable option for your Whistler ski trip! We are newer to VRBO but have over 130 ***5 STAR REVIEWS*** on another listing site. We want you to have a comfortable and relaxing stay with as much attention to detail and amenities that we can offer at our price point. We are always improving our accommodations based on our own and guest feedback!

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
Guests can call, text or email anytime with a fast response rate. We live at the back of the property in a coach house so are nearby if you need anything but otherwise we will ensure your privacy. The coach house is completely separate from the main house. There is a great deck and lots of yard space for you to enjoy in the warmer months.

We are located in a neighbourhood called "Northyards" we are in close proximity to the Train Museum but don't worry the sound from the trains doesn't really carry to where we are located.
Our place is also a very quick walk down to where the Squamish and Mamquam rivers meet and have a lot of great, mellow walking trails along the rivers.
We have several amenities within less than 10 minute walk from the house such as:

Dogs are welcome at an additional $30 per reservation. Please let us know if you are bringing any furbabies with you at time of booking.
OTHER RULES/THINGS TO NOTE:
Smoking is not allowed indoors.
No parties or events allowed.
We try to keep the cleaning fee to a very reasonable rate so ask for your help in keeping the house tidy! We also ask that the dishwasher and a load of laundry be started before leaving so there is ample time for our cleaners to do a second load.
Our neighbourhood is undergoing some upgrades along with many older areas of Squamish. There are not many places in Squamish right now that have no construction happening! There can be some residential construction noise during weekdays/regular business hours. We have not had any guest complaints about noise.
