A newly renovated 2-bedroom private 1-bathroom suite just beside Oak Park. You will have a private small dining room with 50 inch smart TV, and share kitchen and exit with two other tenant in the house.
The soundproofing is excellent; with the windows and doors closed, you won't hear too much noise at night.
This suite is facing the beautiful Oak Park, with plenty of sunlight and wide field of view.

You have access to all the space on the 1st floor of the detached house, you will need to share the kitchen, laundry room, entrance and exit with the other tenants; your private space has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a small dining room;

- The earliest check-in time is 4pm and the latest check-out time is 10am as I need enough time to clean the room. If you need to check in early or check out late, please message me and I will charge $20-$60 depending on your situation appropriately to get the cleaning done early;
