The cottage comes equipped with 2 paddleboards and 2 kayaks. There is a treehouse for the kids. Fire pit and BBQ. There is a large enclosed gazebo for relaxing and taking meals. Walking trails nearby. In winter, Morin Heights ski hill is a 20 minute drive away. There are extensive cross-country ski and snowshoeing trails (the cottage has 2 children and 2 adult snowshoe sets). Fully equipped kitchen. There is a small office space, high speed internet (300mbs). There is a high efficiency wood stove. Washer dryer and dishwasher. 1 hr from Montreal, 1.5 hr from Ottawa. There is a master bedroom with TV. There are 2 other bedrooms, each with a double bed and an upper single bed configuration.
