Located 40mins west of downtown Ottawa and just 20mins west of Aylmer, QC, my little 2BR abode on the Ottawa River is the perfect spot to work remotely or hunker down and focus on a creative project, all while enjoying a stunning south facing view of the river andGatineau Park in your backyard.
Close to the charmingvillages of Wakefield and Chelsea, 4 different ski hills, 3 spas and ample cross-country and hiking trails in Gatineau Park, you will have plenty of winter fun to keep you busy. There is also a beautiful waterfall hike (Luskville Falls) just a 10 minute drive away.
My house has reliable high-speed wifi and cellreception for all of your work needs but if you feel like leaving the house from time to time there are several great cafes to work from in Aylmer, Chelsea and Wakefield all within a 1/2hr drive (and the drive is beautiful)!
House includes a wood stove and is stocked with wood for the winter for all of your cozy, restorative vibes. It also has baseboard heaters in each roomcontrolled by individual wall mounted thermostats.
Drinking water comes from a natural spring nearby and will be stocked. Location will also be provided for refilling.

Suitable for up to 4 people. Pets are also welcome as long as they’re not destructive or noisy (you will be responsible for any damage). The backyard is not fenced though so dogs will need to be leashed when outside.
