Positive: The heating system in the apartment was very good. All three rooms, including the main hall, had heating. The rooms were very clean. We were provided with clean white towels, a coffee maker, a kettle, a refrigerator, and unlimited wifi.

Negative: Checking into the hotel was very hard. Our apartment number was 3001, but on the box it said 301, and on the locker it said 300A, which was extremely confusing to figure out. We were in extreme cold outside at night and had to ask for help from strangers passing by. Their check-in process requires uploading all documents for all guests. The bathroom floor lacked any form of drainage system, so the water just stayed there, with no way to get rid of it. The apartments were far from the main city and closer to the rural side of Zurich, so we had a very far ride into the main city, where all the tourist attractions are.
