3 Bedroom Cottage in Magnetawan
Have fun with the whole family at this stylish newly renovated cottage! It's the perfect spot for 4 adults and 4 kids to enjoy.
There is a pedal boat, 2 paddle boards and a kids kayak to be used to enjoy the lake or to explore down the creek. We have a small beach area fire kids to play or swim.
On one side of the large deck there is a BBQ and Blackstone for cooking and a dining table that seats 8 guests. On the other side is an outdoor seating area and 2 loungers. There is also a new playset, ninja course and firepit in the back yard.
The new redone kitchen has quartz countertops, new appliances, and an island that sits 3-4 people. The kitchen comes stocked with all the basic needs. (cups, bowls, plates, cutlery, etc.) Off the kitchen is a built-in corner bench with a dining table and chairs to enjoy one of the many board games available at the cottage.
The living room has a large brand new cozy couch and two chairs. It's equipped with a 50" smart tv. Off the living room are 2 patio doors leading out to the large deck off the back.
Inside has 2 master bedrooms, both with smart tvs and king size beds. Upstairs is a loft for kids with 4 narrow twin beds and their own living room area with a smart tv.
Please note it's at about 90% completion, minor things like trim, window casings, all the exterior siding are not fully completed at this time but should be ready by summer 2024.
We will only book a minimum of 7 days during the summer and only plan on taking a few rentals per summer. If you have any questions please reach out!
