Beautiful Brand new, clean 1100 sqft 2 bedroom basement suite situated in the quiet part of Cultus Lake, just a short 2 min walk to the water. One block away from sunny side campground. Sleeps 5 with a queen size bed in the main, and a queen bed and a twin bed in the second bedroom. Includes beach towels, cable, WiFi, A/C, dishwasher, and in suite laundry. Enjoy all that Cultus Lake has to offer with the Waterslides, Adventure Park, and boat rentals available for fun on the lake just down the street. Golf for all levels available for family fun. Endless hikes and trails at the lake and surrounding areas, and of course great restaurants to choose from.
When you come to the address proceed just past the house taking 2 right turns to get to the parking at the rear of the property. Park in front of the back garage. There is 2 parking spaces for your group for small SUV or car, the vehicles stick out a little bit but that is ok.
To access the suite please proceed through the gate at the left side of the garage, you will see a seating area for you to enjoy, at the end of the path there is staircase. If you head down that is the entrance to the suite.
A propane portable fire pit is available for use for a fee per day, this is just to cover the cost of propane. This is legal to use during times there is a fire ban.
There is a 11PM noise restriction, which is strictly enforced by local authorities. Please respect your neighbors at the lake, most of them live here year round. Cultus Lake is located within a provincial park and has it's own Park Patrol Security.
