The 25 m² apartment is located on the third floor of an old building accessible only by stairs. Fully renovated and bright, it consists of: - A living room with a large window with a sofa bed that can accommodate one to two additional people, a flat-screen TV with international channels, and a dining table for 2 to 4 people. - An open and refined kitchen, equipped with a combined microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso machine and a full set of dishes to be able to cook in good conditions. - In the bedroom there is a very comfortable double bed that can accommodate two people, with an interior shutter for complete blackout. - The bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom, is equipped with an Italian shower, a sink, and a hair dryer. - The toilet is separate at the entrance of the apartment.
You will also find a washing machine, an iron and storage spaces!
I also provide the sheets and towels as well as coffee capsules. Of course, the apartment has high-speed WiFi.
A single set of keys will be entrusted to you during your stay. We will ask you to present the ID corresponding to the reservation in person when the keys are handed over. In case of autonomous arrival, we will ask you to send an ID.

You can walk along the banks of the Saône, enjoy this unique architecture and quickly access the shopping centre, the Musée des Confluences and enjoy the many terraces on the river banks. Perrache station is less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment, from there you can take public transport and move easily around the city.
The cleaning fees include the cleaning on your arrival and after your departure, as well as the household linen, towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.

Access to the apartment is autonomous from 5pm. An early arrival option at 2pm is possible for an additional fee of +€20.
