4 Bedroom Villa in Parkland County, Seba Beach
A large (3200 sq ft) upscale airy 4 bedroom home on 40 acres near two lakes, Wabamun and Isle Lake. The home features a chefs kitchen, cherrywood accents, jacuzzi tubs and sauna, large covered and open decks, and vaulted ceilings. Three of the bedrooms are huge, one has a sitting area in front of the entertainment centre with electric fireplace. The master is on main floor with ensuite bath, walk-in closet, and electric fireplace as well. The three large rooms have private balconies overlooking the lake for private time.
We just added an outdoor hot tub in an area recessed into the woods. There is a new outdoor covered dining/ sitting/ smoking area on the west side of house, and a volleyball net on a grass court.
For the adventurous, you can walk on a mowed trail almost a half mile into the bush. This is a good trail for small atvs as well as it is on the property.
Seba Beach is nearby, with a beach, golf, mini golf, convenience store, museum, and driving range. There are a couple of good licensed restaurants in the immediate area to give you a break from cooking.
Pembina river tubing is a few miles west if you want to try floating down a river. Wabamun is a few miles east for boat rentals.
We are pet friendly, and hope to have a large kennel built soon as an option.
