Summary: Overlook was fantastic and the four bedrooms and bathrooms easily accommodated our large group of 3 couples, 2 teens, and a child. Check in and check out were easy. The house was open and bright and the location was perfect for walking around and exploring nye beach. The kitchen was fully loaded with nice appliances, including a wine fridge and two dishwashers, and plenty of dishes and glasses so we could enjoy ourselves instead of constantly doing dishes. The kids (and one of the adults) took full advantage of the air hockey and ping pong whenever we weren't out an about and it was so nice to have something for them to do that didn't involve a screen. The adults enjoyed winding down in the hot tub at the end of the day and the view from the deck was amazing. The neighbors we met, both vacationers and residents, were really friendly and we all fell in love with the neighbor cat, Felix, too.We are excited to visit again!
