Positive: The apartment is beautiful, well-equipped, and comfortable, offering everything one needs for a holiday. There is a small nearby that is worth visiting as well.

Negative: I would like to bring to your attention an issue we encountered upon arrival. There was no communication from the agency managing the apartment prior to our stay. We received no replies to our messages via Booking.com, and the check-in information was sent only on the morning of arrival. The check-in message contained phone numbers that differed from the one listed on the booking. Upon arrival, we found that the key box was empty. Calling the number listed on Booking.com led to an automated message directing us to WhatsApp; the second number yielded the same response. The third number, marked as “emergency,” rang without answer. Fortunately, we met other guests staying in the same villa, who informed us they had experienced a similar check-in issue and had mistakenly received our apartment keys days earlier. With their help, we were able to access the apartment and later found a spare key by one of the entrance doors. After nearly an hour, we received a call back from the emergency number. The representative apologized and arranged for a cleaning service the following morning. Thankfully, the rest of our stay was without further issues.
