4. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these times. Parties, large gatherings, and events are not permitted.
5. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home and on the surrounding property.
6. Unauthorized early access or late departure outside the agreed occupancy period may incur additional charges equivalent to the applicable daily rate.
7. Unauthorized holdovers that interfere with subsequent scheduled occupancy may result in charges equivalent to the next occupant’s full agreement.
8. The maximum occupancy for this home is 8 people. Additional or unapproved occupants are not permitted.
9. No pets are allowed on the property.
Violations of the above house rules may result in a fine of $200–$500 CAD, except for items #5 and #6, which follow the terms stated above.
10. Mail and package reception is not available at this property. Those needing to receive mail may use Canada Post’s FLEX service to redirect items to a nearby post office or may rent a personal PO box at their preferred Canada Post location.
11. Please ensure you collect all personal belongings when vacating. We are not responsible for lost or left items. Mailing items back may be arranged, but all shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the individual.
12. Optional cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for scheduling.
