The space
The peaceful home is a newly built 2-bedroom legal walkout basement suite located in the heart of Seton 3 minutes to the bus stop. The cozy suite comes with a private entrance, backyard, and large windows which make it well-lit and welcoming.
Bedroom:
We have two beautifully furnished bedrooms with a queen and double-size bed, including warm comfy duvets and pillows
Workspace:
Need to get some work done? The suite has a quiet workspace beautifully designed to spur creativity.
Kitchen & Dining:
We have a dining area with plates and utensils. If you like to cook there is a brand new cooker with a microwave oven along with pots and pans.
Living Room:
The living area has a large 58” Smart TV perfect for movies
Lastly, the apartment has soft white lights, bright daylights, and black-out blinds to help you choose the mood you prefer at any time of the day.

Free Parking:
On turning to the house, please park on the right side of the driveway, or if you would prefer roadside parking, feel free to do so.
Accessing the Guest Suite:
Please use the sidewalk (left side of the house) to access the private entrance to the guest suite.
Other things to note
No parties are allowed in the guest suite.
No loud music should be played in this suite after 9 pm MST.
No pets are allowed in the home, a fine will be imposed if pets are brought into the home.
No smoking is allowed in the home.
