The townhouse interior has light hardwood floors at the entrance and in the main living and dining area. Furnishings are a blend of contemporary & antiques, all comfortable and positioned to function optimally. The kitchen is well appointed with excellent appliances, cooking tools, table wear, glassware and cutlery. The dining room is situated in a bright nook in the front window and will seat 6-8 comfortably (additional leaf available for table). There is a large 'Smart TV' (internet capable) over a wood-burning fireplace and original artworks that create a warm and inviting place to relax. WIFI internet, telephone, cable, and Netflix are all included.
Upstairs, the bedrooms have comfortable queen-sized beds with premium quality linens. The master bedroom has a TV with DVD player. There is also an additional folding, twin sleeping mat (with linens) available for younger guests. Both bathrooms have shower facilities and the master bathroom has a very large soaker-tub and heated marble flooring.
The private roof-top deck (not shared) is equipped with a BBQ and furnishings - perfect for hot summer days and relaxing warm evenings.
Lease includes parking for one vehicle in the driveway and additional parking on the street. There is a three-month minimum lease requirement (City of Vancouver regulations for the license we carry).
