Summary: First room given 303 fresh cigarette burning smell, changed to room 211. 1O0's of holes in curtains, roaches running on bathroom floor, pet urine smell on stained carpet floor, kitchen bare, not 1 single item. Beds extra firm, bathroom drains clogged, no coffee anyplace in hotel, no hair dryer, no shampoo, no tissue. Made notes in traveling spread sheet, never stay again.
