****This is NOT a party home! This home is geared towards families and guests who want to enjoy a quiet, relaxing setting.
This is a completely renovated (brand new home) club house. Patio door leading out to majestic waterfalls and island oasis with a beach setting. Bathroom is all new marble and tile. Brand new open concept kitchen, heat, AC, on demand hot water, very small upper loft for relaxing or the children. Looking to book from May 15th onwards.
Main living room has a pull out couch and the upper loft has a pull out bed.
We have 40 acres of walking around 25 beautiful horses, 2 accessible ponds (one outside the patio doors of the home, and other in back walking area). There is an equestrian facility that is offering horseback riding and lessons. ( additional cost-please inquire if interested to reserve session much ahead of booking, and requirements of clothing to bring to wear)
The home can sleep 8 guests. There is a limit of 6 guests in the price listed for your stay. If you would like to add extra guests it is $100 per person per night.
We are only minutes away from Kingsville Beach (Cedar Beach).
15 minutes from Colchester Beach witch has a awesome splashpad for kids and outdoor snack restaurant Ice cream shop.
10 Minutes from Essex- Grocery Shopping/ food/ small shops.
20 Minutes to Windsor Ontario- Shopping mall, Casino.
20 Minutes to Amherstburg Ontario.- Shopping, dining, waterfront views.

-Is there a BBQ? YES, there is a propane BBQ for you to use. Please clean grill after use.
-Can you swim in the pond? Yes, the pond beside the home you may swim in at your own risk. please use the beach entrance to enter the pond. Children should be supervised at all times.
- Is there a fire pit? Yes, there is a fire pit to the south side of the home where you will be able to have a small campfire.
- Is there outdoor seating? Yes, there is wrap around seating on the deck of the home. Also, there is patio chairs and camping folding chairs for the beach/ camp fire area.
- Is there boats available? Yes, there is a one person kayak with paddles, and a 2 person paddle boat you may use during your stay (life jackets available stored inside the deck box) Please make sure children are supervised at all times.
