Welcome to our spacious, three-bedroom/two-bathroom family home in the heart of Colwood, a Vancouver Island Seaside community! We are just 10 km from BC's capital city of Victoria and are located near Hatley Castle and Royal Roads University. The family-friendly seaside community of Colwood spans 5 km of gorgeous oceanfront and is situated amongst beautiful parks and trails on Southern Vancouver Island. Our home is perfect for families or small groups travelling together. We have a peaceful tree-lined backyard that provides privacy and outdoor space for dining. Our space is warm and inviting with all the comforts you provide for a long or short stay. We are excited to share this space with you!
Policies and Booking Requirements
Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 25 years old in order to book.
Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.
Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.
Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome.
No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).
Party Restrictions: Our policy requires all guests to comply with city bylaws and refrain from hosting parties. (Note: The city strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine)
Pet Policy: Our policy allows one small dog (under 20 Ibs) to stay in the suite upon our approval. Do not book before receiving approval for a pet. No cats allowed. A $75 pet fee will be added once we confirm your reservation.
