Nothing says adventure like a vintage RV jammed behind a giant mansion with a big chess board outside of your door!

This is camping in a 33 year old RV! (We recommend saying this out loud to your self and partner, kid, dog ect!) "It's 33 years old!"
Keep in mind that the photos show her in her best light. With age comes imperfections. We has done our best to get her all fixed up! Now the party dress is on and she is ready to go dancing! Just keep in mind she isn't as young as she once was. However, she is clean, functional, and fun! Prohibition farm has a great team and we are happy to quickly attend to any issue that pop up!
The RV comes with sheets and towels as well as all the dishes, cook ware, and cutlery you need for meals at home! It has a full bathroom with shower. With features like a dated carpet, tacky decor, and AIR CONDITIONING! Not even the mansion has AC!

The pool / hot tub and other outside amenities are also shared with the rest of the property! However, the pool can only ever be a max of 12 other guests at any time! ALlso everyone is spread over 4 acers. The main hot tub is open to everyone to use. However all the other guests have access to other hot tubs in other locations. The RVs only have access to the main hot tub by the pool. This high number of tubs, and other amenities around the property ensures there is no need to worry about the experience being over crowded.
All amenities are shared -----> This includes the outdoor BBQ kitchen, fireplace area, and excessively large pool, pool table room, library, ping pong table, main house kitchen, and hot tub.
The estate grounds are about four acres and sit across the street from the Fraser River emptying into the Pacific Ocean. We are a short distance away from many parks and have public access to the Dyke pathway across the road!
Why is the listing so secret with the strange photos and limited details about the mansion?
It is fun and different concept and a little bit of a gamble on your part! Besides, do you really want to stay in another Airbnb that looks like an Ikea catalog? Painting everything white is not a renovation btw ;) As you arrive you will quickly see how big the home and property actually are. We downplay this in the photos to allow for a bit of a surprise.
Short term rentals are not looked on favourably by everyone. Therefore, taking this fun secret/hidden approach has allowed us to provide living / working opportunities for the people with intellectual disabilities we have adopted into our family. As we avoid being bothered by anyone.
Your host family lives on the property in a separate house, yet are hidden from view! We are close by if you need anything! This doesn't mean expect me to drop what I am doing to bring you an extension cord... This means If there is something that needs to be addressed ASAP there is always a neighbour close by to help.
You will probably see people of all sorts of abilities cleaning, gardening, or just hanging with their peers. Please remember that some of these people are differently abled and may not know the best way to say “hi” back!

There is parking for ONE car. There is NO street parking close by. So we ask that you plan to bring only one car, or have a plan to walk a bit to get to the second.

Smoking - No smoking inside please. There are ash trays all around the property and smoking is ok outside. Smoking the dope ( 420 ) is also ok outside!
