Summary: At first the room we had the tv didnt work... told lady at front desk, very accommodating handled the complaint well and swapped us rooms the room we swapped to i felt like was bigger and she gave us a percent off our next stay, the 2nd room the fridge didnt work but i didnt mind bc i was there for surgery
