3 Bedroom House in The Port, Cambridge

This apt is on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor of a 2 family home. Apt. has separate entrance and a very easy check in and out. The main floor of the apt. has a large tastefully decorated living room, a master bedroom with 2 queen size beds. A small kitchen with a brand new floor. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, small oven, stove and microwave . This floor has a full bath. Upstairs are 2 bedroom with 1 full size bed in each, a laundry room and a newly renovated 1/4 bathroom. The house has internet and cable tv. We are close to public transportation, many restaurants, a brewery and lots of shopping. There is a beautiful park across the street. Best of all 2 free parking spots. No parties are allowed. The home is in a residential area and a nice family lives downstairs.

Summary: Very short overnight visit. Property was clean and beds were comfortable. Owner is responsive and really seeks to be helpful. Parking was convenient and area is safe. On the down side, property is older and needs much updating (this coming from someone who's house is 100 years old). Good property for the right group and occasion.
