The Space:
Our one bedroom apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Kansas City! The controlled access building is a small community with historic charm and upscale flair. The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, granite countertops, and a Keurig coffee maker. A communal laundry room is located on each floor, allowing easy access to get laundry done.
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each.
We provide one parking pass to park in a reserved spot in a surface lot and we are unable to provide any parking for additional vehicles. The spaces in this parking lot will not fit any large or oversized vehicles (full-size trucks/SUVs, U-Hauls, Trailers, etc.) and we do not have any alternate parking options for these.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
The gym is available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use it. Since we do not control this part of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if this amenity is not available; whether for routine maintenance or any other issue. Abusing this privilege may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.

Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
The convention center, Barney Allis Plaza, City Market, and The Arabia Steamboat Museum are all within a half mile. The Arvest Bank Theatre, Municipal Auditorium, and the Town Pavilion is only a 15 minute walk. The Sprint Center and The Grand Hall is just a 20 minute walk.
Getting Around:
Public transportation & Uber is easily accessible given the popular location. Easy access to I-70 & I-35.
Kansas City's Streetcar connects the River Market area to Crown Center and Union Station. It has stops every 2 blocks down Main Street. The nearest stop to our apartment is 3 blocks away at 7th & Main St.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.
Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
